To kick off the celebration, we started with an invitation meant to ignite the world’s sense of wonder and imagination.
We followed it up with a campaign from the point of view of a child – the child within us all that finally gets to come out and dream when they visit Disneyland.
And alongside social posts, radio spots, billboards, and the like, we also got to bring our platform into the park itself – a rare treat as a Disneyland creative.

It’s not every day that the most beloved storytelling company turns 100. As Disney’s “100 Years of Wonder” was approaching, our team created a campaign inviting the world to celebrate a century of Disney at the Happiest Place on Earth.
Our first step: create a platform big enough to inspire a year-long campaign, but distinctive enough to belong just to Disneyland. After lots of manifesto writing, wordsmithing, and consumer testing, we had our winner: Where Wonder Comes to Life.
After all, Disneyland is the place where Disney wonder first came to life, in the physical sense. From opening day in 1955, Walt’s stories were finally able to be lived out and experienced firsthand, not just seen on a screen. And odds are that at this exact moment, thousands of folks in Anaheim are feeling that exact same wonder.
